Changming Yuan grew up in rural China, holds a PhD in English, and currently works as a tutor in Vancouver. Yuan's poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Barrow Street, Best Canadian Poetry (2009), the Cortland Review, Exquisite Corpse, the London Magazine, Tipton Poetry Journal and more than 150 other literary journals/anthologies worldwide.
